		<description> DONBURI TAKEAWAY MEAL
New packaging concept for an oriental meal takeaway.

Specifically designed for Japanese Donburi dishes, which translates as a rice bowl dish. The packaging takes form of a bowl once opened and it can be eaten straight from it. The outer graphics and shape is highly inspired by origami, from paper folding to patterned bright papers usually used.

		<description> 100% DESIGN 2012
The biggest and most contemporary design event in the UK. Media10, who took over in 2011 as new owners, commissioned Shaw+Skerm to design this year’s show creative.

I had the amazing opportunity to work very closely on the entire project as well as help create the artwork for the main campaign image.

		<description>HOU PROJECT
Identity created for Hou project music events. A japanese music event that introduces japanese bands to the UK and UK bands to Japan.

Identity uses media player controls such as record, stop, play, fast forward and rewind to create the mark of the logo. Each logo is used accordingly depending if the event is a live gig, if it's promoting future or past events or if it's simply not on for the time being.

		<description>BRICK LAMP
By looking at the properties of a brick, found out how a brick is capable of retaining heat for up to an hour once heated. To heat the brick we decided to use a light bulb’s wasted energy, and that's how the Brick Lamp was invented. It not only acts as a lighting device but also can be used to keep tea or coffee warm when reading.

A collaborative project.

<description> INSTITUTE OF CONTEMPORARY ARTS FILM SOFTWARE
Film packaging have become generic and pedestrian today. Together with our advances in technology it means there is a need to re think how we can design for films digitally.

Created a film software for the Institute of Contemporary Arts. The identity is based on giving the software the contemporary feel it deserves, therefore an unusual shape seemed suitable for it. A system was created between the brand identity and the functions of the software.

This software is highly based in today’s interaction with social networking. It has been designed, to let the user not only watch films but also to tell others that they are watching a film, giving the opportunity for others to join in. It also gives the user the opportunity to talk about it afterwards, as well as rate it and leave comments for other users.
